2. General information

We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content, or where you have expressly consented. Legal bases are Art. 6(1) GDPR (in particular lit. a consent, lit. b contract/request and lit. f legitimate interest). This website is a static site; a cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: the page requested, date and time of access, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and the IP address. This data is used for technically error-free and secure delivery, stability and the prevention of attacks, and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies for analysis. No tracking or analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics) and no embedded third-party content are loaded. The song is served directly from this server.

6. Contact form and contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) solely to handle your request. The form is submitted by email; the data is not stored permanently on the web server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required.

7. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address solely to send the newsletter. Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or a message to us. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

8. External links

Our website contains links to external platforms (including Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud and streaming services). When you click them, you are taken to the pages of the respective providers, who are solely responsible for their data processing. Please observe their respective privacy notices.

9. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
